In January, Tambua Utu Foundation conducted a structured beneficiary selection grid meeting in Siha District to ensure transparency and equity in identifying students most in need of support. As a result, 30 students with disabilities were selected for school supplies assistance: 1) 15 students from Sanya Juu Primary School 2)

The selected students at Tumaini Centre have now received essential support items, including school uniforms, stationery, and food supplies to strengthen both learning and welfare outcomes. Food contributions delivered included 120 kg of maize, 120 kg of beans, 75 kg of rice, 25 kg of sugar, and 20 liters of cooking oil.
These provisions are intended to reduce barriers to attendance, improve concentration, and enhance dignity among learners with disabilities. Distribution for the 15 selected students at Sanya Juu Primary School is scheduled for February.
Through structured selection processes and targeted interventions, Tambua Utu Foundation continues to promote inclusive education and practical community-based support in Siha District.
